Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying or related qualification
• Graduate or early career encouraged
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercially minded and keen to develop

Responsibilities

• Support valuations, variations and commercial reporting across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects
• Support contract administration and wider commercial activities
• Structured training and mentoring from experienced Quantity Surveyors
• Full time office based in Dunfermline
