Qualifications

Open to school leavers, trainees and candidates who already have some experience in estimating or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction estimates, tenders and quotations.
Take measurements from drawings and specifications.
Obtain prices from subcontractors and suppliers.
Compare quotations and check costs.
Assist with cost control, valuations and commercial reports.
Visit sites when required and work with the wider project team.

Job description

Salary up to £30,000 | Full-time | 8am–5pm

This is a good opportunity to start or develop a career as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a construction company in Dunstable. The role is open to school leavers, trainees and candidates who already have some experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
