Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Trainee Customer Service representative to begin a customer-focused career. You’ll speak with customers who have registered with us, conduct structured surveys by phone, and collect information about their requirements and experience.

No prior years of experience are required; training is provided with genuine progression within 12–18 months. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at a salary of £24,000.

Qualifications

• You don’t need years of experience — we’re hiring for attitude and potential.
• Some previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or telephone experience would be useful.
• You’ll need to be confident speaking to different people, comfortable asking questions and able to stay positive when someone doesn’t answer or isn’t interested.
• You’ll also need to be organised. Making the call is only half the job — following up and recording the right information is just as important.
