Job summary

Leicester – next to the National Space Centre is where this role is based, offering a first step into customer-focused work with full training and clear progression paths. You’ll speak with customers who have registered with us, conducting structured surveys by phone and gathering essential information about their needs and experience.

Typical day involves 80–100 calls with a quality conversation, followed by accurate CRM recording, timely follow-ups, and handing over opportunities to the right

Qualifications

• No experience required; suitable for someone starting a customer-focused career.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or telephone work is useful.
• You’ll need to be confident speaking to different people and asking questions.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have previously registered with us and conduct structured surveys over the phone.
• Gather information about customer requirements and experiences.
• Record information accurately on our CRM and ensure follow-ups occur as needed.
• Pass relevant information to the appropriate team and work toward survey completion targets.
• Manage workload effectively and maintain professional relationships.
