Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Leicester is seeking a customer-focused novice to carry out structured telephone surveys with customers who have registered with us. You will conduct 80–100 calls per day, achieving a 15–20% contact rate and recording results in the CRM.

The role offers full training, guidance and a clear progression path within 12–18 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a salary of £24,000.

Qualifications

• Some customer-facing experience is useful.
• Confidence speaking to different people and asking questions.
• Positive, organised and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured surveys by phone with registered customers.
• Record information accurately on the CRM and ensure follow-ups.
• Pass relevant information to the right team and work toward survey targets.
• Build relationships and represent the business professionally.
