Qualifications

• Background in Administration or Sales or similar is preferred.
• Full-time, permanent position with clear progression and training.
• Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales communications.
• Manage quotes, purchase orders, job records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the branch and sales team.
• Follow up on quotes and orders to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
