Job summary

Carbon ThreeSixty is recruiting Trainee Composite Technicians and Laminators to learn composite manufacturing. You will lay up carbon fibre and other materials into precision moulds for aerospace, automotive, and defence components, under supervision.

The role focuses on material prep, lay-up, vacuum bagging, tooling, and quality control while you develop practical skills in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• May have recently left college or school.
• Must be methodical and patient.
• Able to follow complex instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Study technical drawings and ply manuals to kit and cut materials.
• Lay up carbon fibre pre-preg materials into moulds with precision.
• Perform vacuum bagging and leak checks for prep to cure.
