Teledyne CML Composites is seeking a Composite Laminator to join our on-site production team in Wirral. Full training will be provided to learn lay-up of prepreg glass and carbon, vacuum bagging and resin infusion in our aerospace-grade environment.

You will follow detailed technical drawings, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to safe, efficient production in a fast-paced cleanroom setting. This role requires strong manual dexterity and teamwork, with shifts 4 on, 4 off, days and

• Ability to learn processing techniques and materials used in the process.
• Precision and attention to detail to follow complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Produce composite laminate parts following lay-up, vacuum bagging and resin infusion processes.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure high quality parts.
• Maintain cleanroom and work area, uphold safety standards and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with team to resolve production issues and optimise processes.
