Job summary

NP Aerospace in Coventry is seeking experienced Composite Laminators for a temporary, full‑time role to support a high‑profile project. You will prepare materials, lay up, bag, demould and tool‑prepare parts in line with drawings and work instructions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with carbon fibre prepregs or advanced composites, strong attention to quality and traceability, and the ability to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in composite manufacturing or laminating.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and product traceability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out composite laminating, layup and bagging tasks.
• Prepare materials, tools and work areas before production.
• Support vacuum bagging and curing processes as trained.
• Inspect components for quality and document production data.
• Work from drawings and process specifications, ensuring safety.
