• Translate clinical documentation into ICD-10 and OPCS-4 codes.
• Produce accurate, complete coded data for Finance, Clinicians and Managers.
• Maintain high-quality coding with timeliness and consistency.
• Attend mandatory coding training and keep reference materials up to date.
