Job summary

Arriva Coalville is seeking Trainee Bus Drivers to join our team and serve the local community with reliable bus services. You will complete paid training to gain your PCV licence and progress with mentoring support, while rotating through shifts to cover mornings, afternoons and evenings.

The role offers full training, opportunities for career progression, and inclusive benefits. Applicants should be 18+, have a valid licence with limited points, and pass drug/alcohol tests.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Great people and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive routes and transport passengers safely and on time.
• Interact with customers and assist with directions and questions.
• Attend Arriva Training School and complete training with mentoring support.
• Take advantage of overtime opportunities and CPC training.
