Arriva Tunbridge Wells is looking for individuals to begin a bus driving career. You’ll receive full paid training to obtain your PCV licence at the Arriva Training School, with ongoing mentorship after training.

Roles involve serving the community by transporting passengers to schools, shops, and workplaces, with focus on safety and customer service. Starting pay during training is £12.71 per hour, increasing after training with additional shifts paid at higher rates.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have driven for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses on assigned routes and help passengers with boarding.
• Ensure safety and comfort of passengers while operating the vehicle.
• Represent Arriva professionally and provide excellent customer service.
