• Experience in SEN environments or willingness to train in SEN needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Support students with SEND, SEMH, autism and learning needs
• Assist class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Support students 1:1 and in small groups
• Aid literacy, numeracy and emotional regulation in pupils
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment
