Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion.
• Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and development.
• Assisting with breaktime supervision and school activities.
