Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Traffic Management Co-Ordinator to liaise with clients, oversee day-to-day on-site activities, and ensure efficient use of plant and resources. You will coordinate depots, supervise operatives and subcontractors, and maintain strict paperwork compliance and audits.

The role requires 12D qualification and proven TM experience, with strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• GTM point of contact for client and lead on site.
• Attend client site visits and complete surveys.
• Check daily job packs and brief operatives on work requirements.
• Monitor client programme and coordinate resources with Depot Manager.
• Attend and lead programme meetings; highlight requirements.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
• Ensure paperwork compliance and chase missing items.
• Conduct monthly site audits and coordinate training/good performance.
• Support 24/7 call-out rota and on-call duties.
• Hand over daily to night shift and organise runs.
