Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Traffic Management/Project Supervisor to act as the GTM liaison on client schemes in Worsley. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with Depots, and ensure resources, kits and paperwork are prepared for next-day operations.

The role requires strong organisation, communication skills, and 12D qualification, with focus on on-site supervision and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Self-organisation and prioritising to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Record keeping of work undertaken and in progress.
• Competence using all work tools.
• Initiative and confidence to contribute ideas and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• GTM point of contact for client; liaise with depots and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Attend client site visits and complete site surveys; brief operatives on work requirements.
• Check all job packs for the next day, including TM plans; ensure readiness.
• Monitor client programme against works and liaise with Depot Manager for resource availability.
