Job summary

Go Traffic Management in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced supervisor to act as the point of contact for clients and depots, overseeing day-to-day activities on client schemes and ensuring productive use of plant, equipment and resources.

You will lead site surveys, check job packs, monitor the client programme, coordinate resources, and run weekly meetings, while supervising operatives and subcontractors to maintain high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Self-organisation and prioritising tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Record keeping of work undertaken and progress.
• Competence using all work tools relevant to site duties.
• Initiative and confidence to contribute improvements when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Previous Traffic Management experience, 12D qualification essential.

Responsibilities

• GTM point of contact for client and depot teams.
• Attend client site visits and complete surveys.
• Review daily packs and brief operatives on work requirements.
• Monitor programme against works booked in via Central Hub and coordinate resources.
• Attend and lead on programme meetings and highlight requirements.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high work standards.
• Perform compliance checks and chase missing paperwork.
• Complete monthly site audits with the depot manager and note concerns.
• Provide Out of Hours Duty Manager / Supervisor support (Rota).
• Daily handover to night shift and organise runs / allocation.
