Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Traffic Management Co-Ordinator based in the Worsley area to oversee client schemes, coordinate resources and manage daily on-site activities. You will liaise with depots, perform site surveys and ensure compliance across teams.

The role demands strong organisation, proactive communication and the ability to lead site operations while coordinating with depot managers and the CAD team for drawings.

Qualifications

• Self-organisation and prioritising—demonstrate ability to organise work to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Record keeping—documentation of work undertaken and in progress.
• Use of work tools—proficient with standard construction/work tools.
• Initiative and confidence—willingness to contribute ideas and know when to escalate.
• Relationship management—calm, concise communication with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—clear articulation with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• GTM point of contact for the client.
• Attend client site visits and complete site surveys.
• Check all job packs for the next day and brief operatives on work requirements.
• Monitor the client programme against works booked in and coordinate resources.
• Attend and lead programme meetings.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the department.
• Conduct site audits per operative per month and address concerns with the Depot Manager.
• Support 24/7 on-call rota and handovers to night shift staff.
• Support recruitment with regional/ depot managers and arrange staff training.
