Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited seeks a Traffic Management Co‑Ordinator to liaise with clients, oversee day-to-day activity on client schemes, and relay requirements to Depot managers. You will monitor programmes, brief operatives, and ensure compliance with paperwork and safety standards.

The role requires strong self-organisation, excellent communication, and proven Traffic Management experience (12D). Permanent, on-site in Worsley with a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• GTM Point of contact for Client
• Attend client site visits / complete site surveys
• Check all job packs for the next day including TM plans and brief operatives
• Monitor Client Programme against works booked in via Central Hub and liaise with Depot Manager for resources
• Lead on Programme meetings and flag any requirements
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain high on-site standards
• Ensure paperwork is completed and returned to the relevant department
• Ensure monthly site audits and coordinate training or corrective actions
• Maintain a 24/7 call-out service via the agreed rota and manage out-of-hours work
• Hand over to night shift and organize runs/allocations
• Provide input for team briefs with Depot Manager and recruitment support
• Collaborate with regional/Depot Manager on staff training and recruitment
• Attend weekly Ops meetings and update on client works
• Support CAD requests and verify CAD drawings with CAD Team
• Ensure kit and PPE compliance for GTM TM operatives and subs
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site handovers and briefs
