Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Traffic Management Co-Ordinator to act as the main client liaison, coordinate depots, and oversee day-to-day activities on client schemes. You will brief operatives, monitor programmes, and ensure resources and paperwork are managed efficiently.

The role requires Previous Traffic Management experience with a 12D qualification, strong organisation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• GTM point of contact for client liaison and site coordination.
• Attend client site visits and complete surveys for planning.
• Check daily job packs and briefing operatives on work needs.
• Monitor programme and liaise to ensure resource availability.
• Lead programme meetings and flag potential requirements.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain standards.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and followed up as needed.
• Conduct monthly site audits and coordinate training.
• Support 24/7 call-out rota and night/weekend handovers.
• Deliver compliance briefs with Depot Manager and share updates.
• Collaborate on recruitment and staff training with regional/Depot Manager.
• Assist with CAD requests and CAD drawing verification.
• Coordinate kit requirements and maintain depot stock levels.
• Chase clients for ETA and site attendance as required.
• Liaise with subcontractors for handovers and site briefs.
• Ensure vehicle contents and PPE compliance for GTM operatives.
• Provide out-of-hours duty manager support.
