Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a proactive GTM professional to act as the main liaison for clients on projects in Crooklands. You will attend site visits, review work packs and brief operatives to align with the client programme and depot activities.

In this role you will supervise on-site teams, including sub-contractors, ensure paperwork and safety checks are completed, and manage 24/7 call-out planning with the depot team. A 12D qualification and TM experience are required.

• Strong record-keeping for site activities and progress.
• Proficiency with common work tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated initiative and confidence to suggest improvements.
• Excellent relationship management with clients and teams.
• Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Essential experience in Traffic Management; 12D qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for GTM with the client.
• Attend site visits and complete surveys.
• Check daily job packs and brief operatives on requirements.
• Monitor programme against booked works and coordinate with Depot Manager.
• Lead meetings and highlight resource or requirement gaps.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors to maintain quality.
