Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Traffic Management Co-Ordinator to allocate, plan, and assign jobs to suppliers, ensuring efficient traffic management operations. The role requires strong communication and the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and councils.

The position is full-time, office-based in Knowsley, with hours 08:30–17:00. Salary is £26,000–£27,000 per year plus benefits. Experience in a coordinator role and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Co-Ordinator role preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads.
• Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and create works into diaries.
• Liaise with councils and external sub-contractors to ensure traffic management is booked and in place.
• Monitor the TM photos inbox.
• Support the TM Commercial team in any tasks that may occur.
• Ensure that all systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
• Update TM Works Diary, including application of resource.
• Receive/respond to TM request forms.
• Create/update job packs.
• Create quotes & invoices, log data and send to relevant parties.
• Update, collate and chase fuel receipts/defect sheets.
• Update/chase audits.
• Liaise with council for various applications.
