Job summary

Igloo Ltd. in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Automotive Traffic / Security Administrator to support a busy gatehouse. The role involves handling drivers, deliveries, customers and site enquiries in a fast-paced reception and admin capacity.

You will work with the site security team to manage inbound/outbound traffic and ensure gatehouse operations run smoothly, with full training provided on internal systems.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, reception, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong email and Windows-based systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support gatehouse operation 08:00–17:00.
• Process and record vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Handle drivers, customers, and visitors.
• Answer calls and emails; provide reception support.
• Record information accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with security and site teams.
