Job summary

Igloo Ltd in Bicester is seeking an experienced Delivery Administrator to join a busy automotive logistics operation. This is a fully on-site role that supports the day-to-day coordination of vehicle movements and various administrative tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate bookings, maintain accurate records, and work closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure service levels are met and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in automotive, transport or logistics.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating vehicle movement bookings and ensuring deliveries are planned efficiently.
• Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitoring operational performance and highlighting any issues or delays.
• Assisting with operational reporting and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the processing of fines, PCNs, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensuring all information is updated accurately across internal systems.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team.
