Job summary

Igloo Ltd in Corby is recruiting a Despatch Administrator to support the busy automotive operation, ensuring vehicles and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will work in a fast-paced office, liaising with drivers and operational teams, and handle despatch loads, paperwork, keys, and records to help meet tight deadlines.

Onsite parking and weekly pay are provided, with a company pension and ongoing opportunities in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is desirable.
• Good IT and confidence with computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Add vehicle loads onto the internal despatch system.
• Prepare and issue paperwork for vehicle collections and deliveries.
• Hand out vehicle keys and documentation to drivers.
• Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth despatch of vehicles.
• Update internal systems with accurate information.
• Support the wider operational team with general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Work efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
