Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in manufacturing structured OTC derivatives or structured securities.
• Good understanding of front-to-back processing of these products.
• Experience in regulated environments with risk and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic and tactical trading and technology projects critical to the Solutions business.
• Develop and improve MI and KPIs to guide business decisions.
• Assist in managing Solutions costs and driving efficiency and cost reductions.
