Job Description - Trading Manager (16491)

Trading Manager (16491)

Description

We’re recruiting for a Trading Manager who will lead on our UK Beach destinations and be responsible for their trading performance, and making sure sales, revenue, and margin targets are met or exceeded.

As our Trading Manager, you’ll work closely with the Senior Trading Manager and your peers to deliver the strategy for each destination. You’ll analyse daily and weekly performance, spot trends early, and take action to keep results on track.

You’ll also work closely with Marketing and Digital to make sure every channel is working, from pricing and content to conversion, and you’ll also partner with our Product, Purchasing, and Hotel teams to ensure the right stock, rates, and offers are in place to drive demand.

In this role, every decision you make will help shape how we price, promote, and position our holidays in a fast moving market. Trading is about balance, knowing when to push for volume, when to protect margin, and when to try something new. You’ll use insight, creativity, and commercial instinct to make confident calls that move the business forward.

You’ll help refine how we trade, exploring automation and smarter ways of working. And you’ll contribute to the bigger picture by supporting cross-market collaboration and feeding ideas into the wider commercial strategy.

What you’ll bring to the team:

This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, data, and results, and who enjoys turning numbers into actions and plans into growth.

We’re looking for somebody who understands the leisure travel sector, knows how yield management and trading work in practice, and is comfortable making commercial decisions at pace and backing them with data, instinct, and clear reasoning. You’ll also have experience of leading and coaching a team.

You’ll be confident working with numbers and able to translate analysis into actions that drive revenue and protect margin. You’re used to weighing up different scenarios and choosing the path that delivers the best outcome.

You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across teams and partners, and you know when to influence, when to challenge, and when to bring people together to solve a problem.

What’s in it for you:

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.

You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our people. As such we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
