Crypto.com is seeking a commercially curious Trading Initiatives & Business Manager to join the Trading team. This hands-on role sits at the forefront of new trading strategies across crypto, TradFi, and prediction markets and interfaces with traders, product, risk, operations, and external partners globally.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in trading, strategy, project management, or financial services.
• Experience in TradFi, crypto, or prediction markets.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Jira.
• Experience with AI tools (LLMs, automation) in professional or personal contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new trading opportunities across multi-asset classes and markets; apply AI-assisted research workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to conduct competitor analysis and market sizing.
• Oversee listings of new contracts/tokens from Trading perspective with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a rolling pipeline and prioritised roadmap of new trading initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project management of initiatives with plans, timelines, RAID logs, and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; escalate blockers promptly.
• Prepare and distribute clear project status updates.
• Manage prioritisation of the broader initiatives pipeline and dependencies.
• Ensure documentation is well-structured and accessible.
• Use AI to streamline project management workflows and meeting summaries.
