Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a hands-on professional to oversee trading operations and implement AI-driven workflows across multiple asset classes. You will automate reconciliations, perform P&L attribution, and ensure data integrity across global trading systems.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with AI/ML in finance, and the ability to work extended hours to meet trading demands. A background in risk management and real-time analytics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-office operations, quant development, or risk management within a financial institution.
• Strong Python (AI/ML) and SQL skills; experience building AI workflows is a plus.
• Understanding of P&L attribution, market risk indicators (Greeks, VaR) and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trades across multi-asset classes with AI tooling.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using Python and MLOps to automate operations and reconciliations.
• Perform daily P&L attribution and explain variances using market moves, Greeks and activity.
• Ensure data integrity across trading systems, middle-office platforms, and ledgers.
• Build reporting and analyses on trading performance using AI tools.
• Develop real-time AI-driven risk models and dashboards for risk monitoring.
