Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Trading Analytics Developer to join the Quant Trading team in London. The role blends quantitative development with AI platform engineering, delivering robust data pipelines, analytics models, and scalable AI tooling for multiple trading teams.

You will design streaming/batch data pipelines, implement modern data platforms, and ensure reliability in high-performance environments. Hybrid/remote work options are available within the UK market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience with Python and Java in high-performance environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: system design, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high throughput data pipelines (batch/stream) using Kafka, Flink, and ETL tools.
• Develop analytics models for time-series, financial metrics, and trading activity.
• Build and manage analytical databases (ClickHouse, MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake) with cost-aware architecture.
• Create monitoring for data quality, freshness, and pipeline reliability.
• Develop AI platform components and reusable tooling for RAG pipelines and agent systems.
