Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Associate/Director in Trading Desk Operations to support the trading desk on an operational level, enhancing booking, settlement, and risk monitoring. You will collaborate with developers to automate processes and improve data integrity across trade life cycles, with a focus on crypto assets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in trading support or middle office, strong problem solving, and a passion for automation.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or Quantitative discipline.
5+ years of working experience on the Trading floor or relevant middle/back-office functions.
Working knowledge of AI tools and Python; willingness to expand technical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks, including bookings, verifications, and reconciliations.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks across the trade life cycle.
Develop booking and reconciliation procedures using coding and AI tools.
Monitor risk positions in real time and build monitoring tools.
Create templates and playbooks for new product onboarding to reduce time-to-market.
Assist in funding operations and settlement checks, liaising with Treasury or brokers.
