BlockchainHQ is seeking a Senior Associate/Director for Trading Desk Operations in Greater London. You will support trading desks, manage bookings and reconciliations, and help optimize funding and settlement processes while collaborating with Treasury and brokers.

You will drive automation using Python, RPA, and AI tools, improve workflows, and contribute to risk monitoring and P&L analysis in a fast-paced crypto trading environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or quantitative field.
• 5+ years on trading floor in trading support or middle office roles.
• Familiar with AI tools and Python; willingness to expand technical skills.
• Strong problem solving and high accuracy.
• Product ownership mindset, results oriented, able to perform under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks and perform bookings, verifications, reconciliations, and P&L attributions.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and issues across the trade life cycle.
• Utilize coding and AI tools to enhance booking and reconciliation procedures.
• Monitor risk positions in real time against thresholds and develop monitoring tools.
• Develop templates and playbooks for onboarding new products and accounts.
