Job summary

ASOS seeks a high-impact market leader to own trading performance across assigned markets. You will drive revenue, traffic, and margins using data, insights, and AI-enabled tools, guiding cross-functional teams across Trading, Pricing, Marketing, Product, Planning, Finance and Operations.

You will set strategy based on customer insight and local dynamics, lead forecasts and risk assessments, and push initiatives with clear ownership and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in e-commerce, retail trading or country management.
• Proven ownership of complex commercial performance across multiple levers.
• Strong market judgement and decision-making with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Own market performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, margin and discount investment.
• Set market trading strategy, priorities and action plan based on customer insight and opportunity.
• Lead forecasting, scenario planning and performance reviews with clear risks and upside.
• Shape cross-functional roadmaps across Trading, Pricing, Marketing, Product, Planning and Finance.
• Lead market-specific tests with hypotheses, measures and clear follow-through.
• Use AI, automation and self-service analytics to accelerate decision-making.
