Job summary

Numeris is seeking a Head of Trading to own the commercial performance of the online store. You will decide promotions, pricing, and spend to acquire and retain customers, turning daily data into profitable actions.

You will lead the Paid Media & CRM teams, set a trading rhythm, and report to the Chief Commercial Officer. A hands-on leader driving visibility and margins across the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce trading or commercial roles.
• Proven ability to grow online revenue while protecting margins.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets with ROAS accountability.
• Experience with Klaviyo CRM/email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and own annual trading plan and promotional calendar across peak periods.
• Set weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets; forecast performance.
• Lead weekly trading meetings; decide actions for the week ahead.
• Own pricing strategy, promotions, and bundle evaluations for incremental return.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends; respond quickly.
• Manage stock, promotions, and onsite merchandising to maximize visibility.
• Own paid media budget and strategy across Meta/Google/TikTok with ROAS targets.
• Lead CRM/email/SMS programmes and segmentation to lift LTR and repeat purchases.
• Improve onsite conversion and AOV through tests and offers.
• Lead, coach and grow Paid Media & CRM team; own trading dashboards.
