Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Digital Trading Director to lead commercial performance, growth strategy and trading operations for Europe across owned sites and marketplaces. This role will own end-to-end digital trading strategy, ensuring unified planning, pricing, promotions and trading execution, driving profitable revenue growth and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Digital Trading, eCommerce or Omnichannel leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth in large-scale eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, profit and commercial performance across European eCommerce and marketplace channels.
• Develop and execute the regional digital trading strategy to deliver growth targets.
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly trading reviews and actions.
• Oversee day-to-day trading of owned digital storefronts in Europe.
• Define and execute marketplace growth strategy across partners (Zalando, Veepee, etc.).
• Champion a test-and-learn culture across digital channels.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Trading team.
