Job summary

B&Q Hull is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor to welcome trade members, listen to their needs and recommend the right products and services. This full-time role is 20 hours per week on a permanent contract with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–8.00pm, at St Andrews Quay, Hull.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with customers and colleagues.
• Able to build relationships and spot opportunities for add-on sales.
• Able to work in a fast-paced trade counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal with trade members daily at the TradePoint counter.
• Get to know customers and their business through conversations.
• Recommend the right products and services to members.
• Promote and sign up customers to the trade loyalty scheme.
