Job summary

B&Q Limited is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor at our Hull store on a permanent, full-time-equivalent basis for 20 hours per week. You’ll work Monday–Sunday with shifts from 7.00am to 8.00pm, and you’ll earn £13.10 per hour.

You’ll engage with TradePoint members, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services to help their business. You will be part of a friendly team, with opportunities to grow through training, including promotions and loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and team player.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Willing to promote promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with TradePoint members to recommend products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service at the trade counter.
