Job summary

B&Q Haringey is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will engage with trade members, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services to help their business grow.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a £14.00 per hour rate including a location allowance. Join us to deliver great experiences for TradePoint members and promote our loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

• Great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with colleagues and customers.
• Able to build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Happy to pitch in as part of a team and flexible for weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deal with trade members daily and get to know their business through conversations, recommending the right products and services.
• Support TradePoint members by promoting products, services and the loyalty scheme.
• Contribute to a positive, helpful customer experience at the TradePoint counter.
