Job summary

B&Q Cribbs Causeway is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor to support our TradePoint members with product recommendations and great service. You will engage customers, listen to their needs and provide the right products and services to help their business.

Full time (36.75 hours per week) on a permanent contract, shifts across Monday to Sunday 7.00am–10.00pm, with a competitive hourly rate and location allowance. Recruitment email: [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team and on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with TradePoint members to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
