B&Q York Hull Road is seeking a part-time TradePoint Customer Advisor to join our team. You will work 7.00am–10.00pm across a rota, 15 hours per week, helping TradePoint members with friendly conversations and product recommendations.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, building relationships with trade customers, and promoting our loyalty scheme, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.10 including a local allowance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and spot new business opportunities.
• Willingness to learn through training and learn from others.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deal with trade members daily and build relationships.
• Recommend products and services suitable for trade customers.
• Engage in promotions and sign up Trade loyalty scheme.
