Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Paralegal to join its Trade Marks team in a well‑established IP practice. You will support solicitors, prepare letters and documents, handle daily admin, and liaise with clients to ensure matters progress accurately.

The role requires prior legal support experience, strong typing and billing knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Training and development opportunities are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous legal support or legal secretary experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ideally experience in Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities

• Preparing letters, agreements and formal legal documents.
• Managing daily administrative requests from fee earners.
• Sending correspondence and emails on behalf of solicitors.
• Completing conflict checks and compliance processes.
• Calculating and preparing client invoices.
• Opening, closing and maintaining case files.
