Withers is seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal to support our IP practice in London. The role involves direct exposure to clients and collaboration with fee earners, agents and external counsel. Candidates should handle high volumes across client teams and work independently to meet deadlines.

The position requires experience in trade marks within an IP setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade marks in an IP environment.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Mark Attorneys and fee earners with workload.
• Liaise with clients, agents and external firms on deadlines.
• Maintain trade mark prosecution and dispute files; prepare forms and evidence.
• Carry out trade mark searches and produce search reports.
• Assist with docketing processes and client reporting.
