Job summary

Brandon James, a leading UK law firm in London, is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its established Employment team. You will support solicitors across a broad mix of advisory work, disputes and tribunal preparation, gaining hands-on experience in the full employment law process.

The role offers exposure to drafting, case preparation and client support, with the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior solicitors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in employment law within a law firm.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Experience supporting tribunal or advisory employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Support solicitors and partners across advisory work and disputes.
• Draft employment contracts, settlement agreements and legal correspondence.
• Prepare case documents, bundles and witness statements.
• Conduct legal research on employment law issues.
• Assist with Employment Tribunal preparation and proceedings.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
