Job summary

Skyline Roofing Centres Ltd. is seeking a Counter Sales Assistant in Watford to deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the counter and support branch sales and operations.

You will understand customer requirements, provide product advice, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and help ensure accurate sales documentation. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Watford branch.

Counter Sales Assistant

Location: Watford

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £33,059-£34,712 p.a.

Are you customer-focused, knowledgeable and dependable, with a passion for providing great service? We are looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to provide our customers with a friendly and efficient service while helping to optimise branch sales and profit. This is a varied customer-facing role where you will build effective relationships with customers, understand their requirements, provide advice and solutions, and ensure the correct products are supplied. You will also work closely with colleagues, suppliers and other branches and departments to help the branch operate efficiently and effectively.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7.00am – 4.30pm
• Friday: 7.00am – 4.00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 7.00am – 10.00am

• * Stock Management: Highlighting low stocks to Branch Management where necessary and undertaking stock-taking as required.
• * Health & Safety: Working within Company policy and procedures, including Health & Safety Guidelines.
