Job Summary

The Reg Ops Change SME is responsible for maximising the business value of the product resulting from work done by the transformation teams. Working with the SPO & Regime leads towards successful delivery of the functional improvements to the transaction reporting platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of user requirements within regulatory/operational processes. This would be preferred within a TTR (Trade and Transaction Reporting) group but is not essential.
  • Candidates will have knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g. Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives) and processes from end to end of financial operations.
  • Candidates should have demonstratable experience in designing and implementing process enhancement within operational groups.
  • Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people (cross border global teams). Candidates will also have excellent business and technical analytical skills and high-level problem-solving skills.
