We’re Navro, a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, organised, detailed, and self-starter Product Owner to spearhead our Orion (FX) Squad. This is your chance: you’ll shape our market position in foreign exchange, set the vision for critical FX products, and make decisions that impact the entire business. You won’t have layers of approval slowing you down. You will have the freedom to make real, impactful decisions from day one. This isn’t a passenger role. You will be responsible for understanding both internal and external Navro client needs related to foreign exchange and translating these needs into clear, detailed requirements for the Navro development team focused on FX capabilities.

You Own It – You’re accountable for the FX product vision, every feature, every prioritisation decision, and every outcome. If the strategy misses or a feature doesn't deliver, it’s on you to analyse, adapt, and fix it.
You Ask the Hard Questions – You don’t just gather requirements for FX solutions; you challenge assumptions, explore innovative approaches, push boundaries, and make our FX products industry-leading. Why this FX partner? Why this pricing model? How can we make this faster, cheaper, better?
You Fix What’s Broken – No waiting for permission. If an FX process is clunky, data is inconsistent, or an integration isn't optimal, you dive in, collaborate, and drive the solution.
You’re Hands-On – One minute you’re defining the strategy for a new currency corridor, the next you’re deep-diving into API documentation from an FX provider, validating user stories with engineers, or mapping complex payment flows.
You Thrive in Chaos – Startups can be messy. FX markets are dynamic. Requirements change, priorities shift, and ambiguity is constant. You bring clarity, structure, and direction to the FX domain without getting bogged down by rigid processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced FinTech Product Owner (2+ years): Solid grasp of global payouts, cross-border payments, FX, and APMs, with expertise in payment/FX operations, international banking, accounting, and reconciliation.
Strategic FX Innovator: Proven track record developing market-leading FX/international payment propositions that drive growth. Deep understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS (scalability, security, integration).
Integration & Agile Pro: Experienced in integrating with banking partners/FX liquidity providers. Agile/Scrum expert skilled in backlog management and sprint planning.
Master Collaborator & Influencer: Works seamlessly across diverse teams (engineering, sales, ops, compliance) and inspires stakeholders.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented Leader: Strong problem-solving skills, decisive, meticulous, and adept at translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements (epics, user stories).
Customer & FX Champion: The go-to for FX features, relentlessly advocating for the end-user.
Tool Savvy: Proficient with Aha! or similar roadmapping tools, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart (or similar).
