About The Role
TPS is recruiting for a National Performance Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
TPS is one of the three largest parts retailers in the UK.
The National Performance Manager is responsible for driving our network of 80+ centres with over 1,600 employees to achieve the budgeted TPS sales results through a team of Regional Performance Managers and National Account Managers. You will implement strategic and tactical activities across the TPS network, ensuring performance is maximized in all regions and with National Account customers through Mechanical and Accident sales channels.
