About The Role

TPS is recruiting for a National Performance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

TPS is one of the three largest parts retailers in the UK. The National Performance Manager will be responsible for leading our network of 80+ centres with over 1,600 employees to achieve the budgeted TPS sales targets through a team of Regional Performance Managers and National Account Managers. You will implement strategic and tactical initiatives across the TPS network, ensuring maximized performance in all regions and for National Account customers through Mechanical and Accident sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to develop tools that drive sales, including customer offers and staff incentives.
  • Work closely with TPS investors and Heads of Business to optimize partnerships and drive centre performance.
  • Ensure all retailers comply with brand operational and franchise standards.
  • Drive performance in TPS Centres by utilizing their Business Improvement Plan objectives.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills: Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers in various business settings.
  • Strong communication skills: Capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

The Group Parts Operation team focuses on advancing the parts business across the UK through TPS and the Paint and Body network. The Parts Operations team oversees Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance. The National Performance team includes regional managers and national account specialists, enabling a multi-layered engagement with the TPS network and key customers.

Our AfterSales team combines experts from various areas, focusing on delivering the best customer experience for vehicle owners. Decisions made daily impact our reputation and financial performance, making this a dynamic and influential role.
