Responsibilities

• Install towbars on customer vehicles accurately and safely.
• Service and repair trailers, including hire fleet, within defined timeframes.
• Maintain workshop, tools and equipment for towbar/trailer work.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations and document safety measures.
• Keep detailed service records and stock checks for hire fleet.
• Assist with trailer assembly/modification and provide technical advice.
• Support team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
