• Keep detailed service records and stock checks for hire fleet.
• Assist with trailer assembly/modification and provide technical advice.
• Support team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Fit towbars to customer vehicles accurately, ensuring careful handling of customer property
• Service and repair trailers, including company hire fleet, within specified timeframes and quality standards
• Maintain the workshop, tools, and equipmentas theTowbar & Trailor Technician
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, recording all safety measures and operational procedures
• Keep detailed service records, including documentation for the company's hire fleet and stock takes
• Assist with trailer assembly, modification, and offering technical advice as required as theTowbar & Trailor Technician
• Support the team to meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle mechanics or electrics is essential
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Willingness to undertake additional training, including forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
